RETURNS POLICY

1. General

1.1 All products are guaranteed to arrive to you in excellent condition.

1.2 If a product arrived to you in a condition you feel is sub standard, then notification must be given to Horsentials within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

1.3 It is not the responsibility of Horsentials if any damage occurs to any product during installation or use, other than if the item is deemed faulty by Horsentials.

 

2. Faults and Damage

2.1 If an item arrives to you and it looks as though it is damaged, please sign for the goods as "damaged" or refuse the item.

2.2 By signing for an item, you are accepting that the package has arrived in an acceptable condition.

2.3 If on opening your package you believe there to be damage, then please contact Horsentials within 48 hours of delivery.

2.4 After 48 hours, it is deemed that the goods are not damaged and have arrived in an acceptable condition there for the goods may not be returned under this category.

2.5 If a fault develops with the product, please contact Horsentials with details of the fault and we will follow the manufacturers warranty.

2.6 For items damaged on delivery or deemed damaged within 48 hours, Horsentials will be responsible for the carriage, but it is the responsibility of the customer to secure the package and address it back to Horsentials.

2.7 For items needing to be repaired through warranty, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange carriage back to Horsentials (or direct with the manufacturer where applicable).

3. Unwanted

3.1 If you receive a product and you decide you no longer wish to keep it then notification must be given to Horsentials within 48 hours of receipt.

3.2 After 48 hours of receipt, it is deemed that you have accepted the product.

3.3 Postage and packaging of a product being returned is the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 When returning a product, the customer must package the item in a similar manner to which it was received and must use a delivery service that has proof of delivery.

3.5 If a product arrives back to Horsentials without acceptable packaging and has been damaged (other than that of the courier), then the item will be refused and refund will not be given

3.6 A full refund of the value of the items ordered will be given on satisfaction of the point 3.5, but initial carriage paid on the order will not be refunded.

3.7 For special order items, a refund can not be given, or a restocking fee may be applicable. Please contact Horsentials for further information.
