GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1 All product supplied to any customer remain the property of Horsentials until paid for in full.

1.2 All products are subject to availability.

1.3 Products are subject to price change without prior notice. Should an order be received at an older price during a price change, we will honour the price given on the order.

1.4 Postage and Packing is £5.00 for orders less then £4.95 to anywhere in the mainland UK per order.

1.5 Postage and Packing is free for orders over £4.95 to anywhere in the mainland UK per order.

1.6 Orders to anywhere else other than the mainland UK will be subject to additional delivery charges depending on location. Delivery charges will be quoted on request.

2. Warranty/Guarantee

2.1 All products are guaranteed to arrive to you in excellent condition.

2.2 If a product arrived to you in a condition you feel is sub standard, then notification must be given to Horsentials within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

2.3 It is not the responsibility of Horsentials if any damage occurs to any product during installation or use, other than if the item is deemed faulty by Horsentials.

2.4 It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return carriage of any product no longer required other than if the item is damaged on delivery.

2.5 Horsentials is happy to refund or exchange any product if the item should be deemed incorrect to decription or otherwise unfit for purpose, but Horsentials must be notified within 48 hours of the items delivery.
